With more than 20 years of experience practicing law, I have dedicated my career to defending people facing serious legal problems.

After graduating from the University of Florida College of Law, I began my career as a public defender, where I spent seven years representing clients charged with criminal offenses.

That experience taught me early on what effective criminal defense requires: preparation, attention to detail, and a commitment to protecting each client's rights.

In 2013, I transitioned to private practice because I wanted to provide clients with more personal attention and individualized representation. Since then, our office has helped 1,000's of clients with criminal and traffic matters throughout North Florida and across the State of Florida.

Our practice handles all types of misdemeanor and felony criminal matters, including drug offenses, violent offenses, sex offenses, DUI and other traffic-related criminal charges. Over more than two decades of practice, I have learned that there is no such thing as a cookie-cutter criminal case. Every client has a different story, and every case requires its own strategy.

Defending a case means more than simply showing up in court. It means taking the time to understand the person behind the charge, examining the evidence, scrutinizing police reports and procedures, identifying weaknesses in the prosecution's case, and developing a strategy based on the unique facts and circumstances of each client.
